First Impressions:
(Note: New fantastic website) I called the number on the website and got through to a lady, who was very helpful with my enquiries as I was arranging for a group of us to go and join in the club night and the fetish fair for the next day… 3 tents pitches were booked and we got a discount for booking early yey!
On arriving at the club at 9pm there was a very helpful young man directing us to the parking areas and told us where our tents had been set up (they let my partner in early so he could set up the tents) I walked into a very tidy garden/field area with people already buzzing around in thier tents with excitement…. We all got ready and headed into the Club… I was greeted on the door by 2 lovely ladies who told me the general rules of the club and I purchased some drinks vouchers… Big wooden beams and lovely wooden flooring with ambient light made the place very welcoming indeed!!
The dress code is anything daring and it was certainly good fun looking at all the outfits in admiration.. these people make alot of effort here and if you are going to feel free to be who you want, then this is the place for you!
Facilities:
Bar area - Equipped with all the common drinks and coffee! A nice lady serving the drinks and reasonably priced
1 can of red bull and 2 vodkas cost £6 which is great!
Downstairs Chillout area – Lots of comfy seating and tables.. perfect for chatting with other Doms and subs/couples etc..It is also good viewing for one of the play areas due to it being on a bit of a platform!
Lower Play Area – Lots of action going on here.. including somebody exceedingly skilled with a bullwhip and his sub putting on quite a cool display! Kneeling Stool, St-Andrews Cross and Stocks are amongst some of the toys to play on!
Ground Floor Dungeon rooms- 2 Large Playrooms fully equipped with Queening Stool, Kneeling benches, Stocks, Coffins, Benches and lots of intimate D/s displays going on here! Wickly brilliant and the photo’s do no justice!
Upstairs Private/Chill Zones – Little private spots scattered and hidden across the mezzanine area of this club.. very intimate and seems like fun.. quiet and nice!
Smoking Area -No heating here, hopefully there will be a dedicated smoking area for the winter.. sanbuckets were provided and it was quite social out there on the decked area!
Hygiene
This place was Clean, tidy and hygienic – the hosts were constantlyin the back ground ensuring this!
Accessibility
By Car – M2 come off at the services and head for Hartlip
Public Transport – Rainham station and about £7 for a taxi!

Suggestions:
I would recommend more music/disco type area or at least just a bit louder (personal preference)

I first went to Club XS in late June with Nikki & a few of our friends for my birthday…. and we had a great night!
We were all made to feel very welcome by both party hosts/hostesses & regular guests alike. The club was clean and has 2 dedicated play areas which are very well stocked with bdsm furniture…. which is fantastic as I love to have a play!!!
I did get the impressioin that this club is supported purely by its regulars who attend month in, month out, however, given the facilities avaiable and given the right promotion, this could even be something to rival the fetish clubs in London, although more down to earth & less geared towards ‘fetish fashion’ & more geared towards people with an interest in the BDSM lifestyle.
All in all, this is a good fun club, and is equally enjoyable for both BDSM enthusiasts & the more ‘inexperienced & curious’ guests.
